等於沒有登入的使用者，他們的 user journey 是：

1. 進入 forum，瀏覽文章
2. 想要登入或註冊，都是點擊右上角的登入 button
3. 進去後，他們可以選擇用 OAuth 登入 or 直接用有他們的帳號登入，如果沒有，就點擊註冊帳號
4. 進入註冊的流程

The reason we change the flow to this is because we don't have register account by OAuth in register page. Furthermore, it can simplify things and interface.
