Supporting EPEL

(first, I am not a maintainer, but just an user)
From #15167 (comment) I read netdata does not support third party repositories.

I understand it would be extra effort for netdata team to support all kinds of third parties, but I'm wondering if you could make an exception for EPEL. The arguments I'm thinking about are

• is the most popular repository for the most popular distribution(+clones of it) that runs well in business environment and/or on branded hardware
• it is difficult or impossible for the sysadmin to add extra repositories for each and every package needed that has it's own repo instead of just enabling the EPEL repo
• many times a stable release is preferred to a constantly updated version

With these in mind maybe you could find some time to examine how are EPEL maintainers are packaging netdata compared to official netdata by looking at their .src.rpm source and see if it could be deemed as reasonable low priority support repository?
