Short description of current behavior

By default, for search tasks, we were using the marengo2.5 engine if the user didn't specify otherwise in the query. Now it looks like there are some changes in the TwelveLabs API so the following error is thrown:

API request has failed: b'{"code":"parameter_invalid","message":"The engine_id parameter is invalid. engine marengo2.5 is not supported.

We should upgrade the default engine to the latest marengo version
