Description of the issue

Hello,

Currently, the SPOApp M365DSC resource do not retrieve apps that have been installed through the SharePoint Store.
The cmdlet Get-AllSPOPackages currently retrieves .sppkg and .app file using Find-PnpFile -> This does not retrieve apps that have been installed through the SharePoint Store.

Note: Get-PnpApp can retrieve apps installed through the SharePoint Store.

If you want to reproduce this issue, you can simply install the "Microsoft Clarity" app (for example) via the SharePoint Store (on your tenant app catalog) and make an export using the SPOApp resource. The result will be empty.

Regards,

Microsoft 365 DSC Version

V1.24.515.2
