If we have uploaded a folder via folders a .safe dir exists.

When we try and upload the same dir via safe files upload, it will pickup and upload the .safe folder.

Two available paths I can see:

  1. safe files upload should error when uploading folders
  2. safe files upload should ignore .safe dirs by default.
