FEATURE REQUEST: Update QSL Status on Clublog #3035

Describe the bug
When QSL Status in Cloudlog is updated, Clublog's QSL status for that contact stays the same.

Expected behaviour
When a contact's QSL status changes, update Clublog with that change.
