Said notification provider is verrry pricy. Why don't you use the regular Telegram api or the email notification provider?
Some notification providers for whatsapp have been merged into v2.0 https://github.com/louislam/uptime-kuma/pulls?q=is%3Apr+whatsapp+is%3Aclosed

@CommanderStorm They have a free plan and the free amount is enough for daily use

30/day (lower than the hourly limit???) might seem okay at first, but I would be more concerned about the monthly limit (plus charging that much for reselling free APIs).
You will likely not get any notifications after this => I would recommend to use telegram/email/.. notification providers instead.

For these smaller notification providers we need some help in implementation (testing small notification providers does not scale).
We have documented how to create new notification providers here. Would you be willing to create a PR for this notificaiton provider?

@monyuan did you have a look at ntfy? It's pretty cool and also selfhosted.
