Describe the bug

Strange bug with speed. If you scroll up and down the list of transferred files while transferring from Android to PC, they will be transferred faster

To reproduce

Go to gallery and select photos
Send to... Localsend
Send to PC
Press transfer list when the transfer starts and move finger up and down scrolling through it until tranfer ends

Encryption ON: 6MB\s without this action and 21MB\s with scrolling - significant acceleration
Encryption OFF: 75MB\s without this action and 65MB\s with scrolling - slight slowdown

Expected behavior

Maximum speed without any actions

A slight slowdown is reasonable because the transfer is not running in a separate thread yet (see #491).
I am surprised that you can accelerate the speed in your first example
