在帖子标题中包含[城市名]可以自动关联。
比如：[深圳]招聘兼职 Ruby on Rails 全栈偏前端工程师

是按照要求发的，但城市索引还是没有

确实没有
而且后台console我进去看了 Location.hot()能取到值
谁知道原因吗
