I just follow the instructions: create the app, get the key, hash, and run the sample code.
I don't know how I can get banned.

Are you using your personal phone number? Are you using an unauthorized or non-reputable provider for your phone number?

Have you flooded the Telegram API from the same IP address before? What kind of requests are you making to Telegram API?
Is it just the sample code?
