Show spam comments on a user's profile to admins

Is this feature related to a problem? Please describe.

As an admin, I want to see the comments created by the user on their profile, when they've been marked as spam, so I can correctly confirm they are spam comments.

• Show the user's comments on user profiles marked as spam to admins.
