Describe the bug

When you're listening to a podcast it is not possible to publish an article because the podcast bar overlaps to the publish button and the elements around

To Reproduce

  1. Start reproducing a podcast
  2. Go to the article creation page
  3. Go to the bottom where there is the publish button, and check it lays under the podcast bar

Expected behavior

Additional context

The bug only applies when the article gets the article textarea to grow vertically. For short contents the bug does not sussits
