Looks like the Edit Feed form always checks for a valid feed URL, and refuses to save any changes if validation fails. This would be great if I were trying to edit the URL but seems unnecessary when just want to change the category.
Use case: I have some feeds that are currently broken (404, sending invalid XML, etc) and wanted to move them into an "inactive" category that I could revisit when I wonder "has that publisher gotten their act together and fixed their feed yet?" With the current interface I see no way to do this.
