Auto-fill feed name?

Hello, I think it would be nice when adding subscriptions the subscription name would be auto-filled from the XML. I think for the initial implementation it would suffice to:

1. Put the name field after the feed URL field and make it optional
2. Use the feed XML <title> if no name is given

A more interactive version, where the title field is auto filled just after the feed URL field is filled in, could be left for a later point.
