Hi! As far as I understand, Pushpin has a cloud service in the form of Fanout.io

However, Fanout requires a Fastly account, and Fastly bills a minimum of $50/mo and has other associated fees than the realtime parts such as bandwidth. Is Fanout the only way to get cloud hosted Pushpin? Are there any third party services that bill in a more normal fashion (for actual usage, rather than some random amount per month with unclear additional pricing).

Hi, Fastly dev here. I'm not aware of any cloud Pushpin other than Fanout. However, I'm told that the company is working on making the billing more developer-friendly, and that the language about the minimum fee on the pricing page may not be quite correct or it might not apply to Fanout. I suggest contacting sales/support!
