Consider Working Time only when calculating total hours project will take, in the following example it shows 1d1h but generally we work only 8h or 10h a day so it should be ideally 3d1h

So have a setting where user can input

No. of Hours you work in a day:

Let say we have following module to be build and it takes 25 hrs

User Profile: @1d1h

☐ Logout @1h
☐ Signup @4h
☐ Forgot Password @5h
☐ My Orders @10h

Logistics: 1d - (actually it should be 3d if we work for 8h a day)
