Describe the bug
I received this bug report from Ronny, ON5RV: When getting update notification in Hamclock, clicking on "yes" results in Update failed Error 1, /usr/bin permission denied

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Hamclock
  2. See notice of available update
  3. Click yes to update
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The update should occur without the error of permission denied.
