HamPC unable to initialize CQRLog Db

CQRLog is unable to initialize the database on the local machine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install HamPC
2. Click on CQRLog in the menu
3. Click yes to connect to the local machine
4. See error

Expected behavior
A MySQL database should be created to hold the info for cqrlog

System Info (please complete the following information):

• OS: HamPC
• Version 3.0.1
• Dell Latitude 5414

Maybe this is a permission issue? I tried adding the hampc user all permissions in MySQL. I did notice that the hampc user cannot run the MySQL command due to permissions by default.
