Change log for UpdateServicesDsc

The format is based on and uses the types of changes according to Keep a Changelog, and this project adheres to Semantic Versioning.

  • Updated inital offline package sync WSUS.cab.
  • Changed azurepipeline, use latest version of ubuntu and change the management of pipeline artifact

  • Fixed the azure-pipelines.yml to trigger on main not master.
