Allow to specify username once and auto-populate the social media links

Hi,

most of us use the same name handle across different social medias so it would be handy to have a field where I can provide the handle and social media links gets populated automatically.
Perhaps it would also require a check box next to the social media link to decide if I want to include it or not.

Great idea @pawjast, will include as a good first issue, but also work towards adding it myself.
