Make sure talks happen as scheduled

Slides team (2 ppl: TBD)

responsibilities:

Make sure talks' slides are correct and ready

Video team (3 ppl: Tianran and two others)

responsibilities:

Live stream talks

Registration (3 ppl: TBD)

responsibilities:

Put sticker on registered attendees in case of overflow

Cameraman (1 person: Hired)

responsibilities:

Produce HD recordings to be uploaded to Youtube channel

Host (1 person: TBD)

responsibilities:

Introduce talks and speakers
Moderate between talks
Prompt audiences to engage via twitter (to be designed)
