First - Security: Admin & Active members of the Originations should enable 2FA.
Put documents/manifesto etc in Wiki rather than issues;

Bad example: #8
Should be like: Maskbook Wiki
If there are many technical docs, better approach is: DimensionDev/Maskbook#64

Multiple Languages: Use different files (links, wikis) for multiple languages. Definitely we should use whatever language we prefer for internal meeting, but better stick on some standards here.

Examples: For the following discussion, read 中文版 or ...
