Booking optimization for group meetings

Is your proposal related to a problem?

Yes. With the group meeting feature, I could give group lessons.

But what I'm afraid of is that if I offer, for example, two paired slots from 10am to 12pm, what's likely to happen is that one guest will book from 10 to 11, the other from 11 to 12, and so I'll be giving two hours of lessons to one person instead of giving one hour of lessons to two persons.

I would then lose money and time.

Describe the solution you'd like

The desired behavior here to offer X different time slots initially and then remove all but one of them as soon as the first person books one of the slots, and then when that single time slot fills up, go back to present the other time slots that were hidden.

Some complexities to consider here : I want to eliminate only the other time slots from the current week as soon as the first person books one of the group slots. I want to still allow someone to sign up for the next week if the single group slots that get's picked first doesn't for them in the current week.

I say a week, but this delay could also be a setting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current alternative is to only allow the first slot of the day to be reserved but this is extremely restrictive for my students and does not solve the problem if the guests are spread out over several days within the current week.
