Benefits page: update / consolidate Software section

On the Benefits page -- A bunch of the major platforms that endorse and maintain support for BIDS are listed at the top,
but not at the bottom under Software.

Given this is where BIDS keeps the list of the platforms / tools supporting the community, for external reference as well as for our own applications and papers, it would be good to update this a little since it's grown quite a bit. (See #369)

This could be a good first task for a new GSOD writer to get their hands github-dirty with, just a light re-org, particularly after we digest the Community Survey responses.

Thoughts @Remi-Gau @ericearl ?

A followup task could be to add to this page any tools/software Russ' new BIDS History paper mentions as 2023 inputs.
