Let's wait on the results of the election to determine the exact wording of what Dung would be agreeing to, but I'm all for inviting him then.

we should find a way to automate this / make it a responsibility of the BEP leads to update this using PRs.

Perhaps we could tweak the bot so that it tags all BEP leads in a regularly recurring issue like this.
