download EXCEL with template and have ActiveX button

when I download EXCEL with template and the template Enabled ActiveX button ,the button control macro code,which includes some computational logic.The problem is that ,The file I downloaded through the tool contains macro code, but activex button is invalid,The added content in the button or toolbar disappears.
SO,is there any way to solve my problem.
