Would be great to be able to record and later on send data to iPhone.
Any plans to add such feature?

I'm open to it! I don't have an Apple Watch so it's not something I'd build myself, but I would happily accept a PR!

Arent apple providing also Apple Watch Simulator? I know these are provided for iPhone devices, also it seems apple has put efforts into allowing the devs to tap cross devices, iOS / iPadOS and macOS . Let's hope some more people share the same ideas .
