This looks so great @Islast! Well done!

I don't think you have to add in much about structural covariance networks. I think maybe just a couple of sentences and then pointing to some good references is fine. The blog post is really designed for people who want to get the code up and running so they're likely to already know about the theory. Also, this blog post is going to get super long super quick if we add in everything to know!

The other thing to add to your section on "setting up" are the required libraries. I think you put those in the wiki so you can just link to them, no need to write everything in the blog post 😄.
