[YandexZenBridge] Call for a new maintainer

Hello, I've opened this issue because I've lost interest in maintaining
this bridge; the reasons are

• I don't use the service it provides;
• I don't speak russian, which is the primary language of the service,
  and translating the website every time I have to figure out something
  about what it displays is a a little effort I'd rather leave to
  someone who understands the language.

That being said, if anyone would like to become the new maintainer of
this bridge feel free to open a pull request and change the maintainer
name.
