pages.tabs.getTabInstances does not return the latest created tab in new Teams client

After creating a new channel tab with an application, and calling microsoftTeams.pages.tabs.getTabInstances() in the application JS inside the tab, the tabs response does not contain the latest created tab.

The Teams client needs to be restarted for the data to become correct again.
