SSO nodejs sample doesn't appear to append the required "prompt=consent" parameter to the URL anywhere? #1255

The documentation for how to request consent from the user indicates that the prompt=consent property needs to be included in the query string sent to the Microsoft Entra ID servers. However, the SSO nodejs sample does not appear to include this parameter. E.g., the requestConsent() function doesn't reference it and the auth-start.pug file also doesn't appear to reference it.
