It would have been nice if it supports real time updates.

I think its a must as nodebb main feature is its real time.

Some things are realtime in nodebb but others not and it's strange when using it. For example, the online users widget should be realtime (when a user connects, make it appear on all clients in realtime ; samething on disconnect).
