Currently we follow the ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301 equations for pipe insulation, in which results are binary depending on whether there is >= R-3 insulation or not. It'd be better if we could make the results sensitive to the actual R-value.
At a minimum, we should describe the model in the documentation.#1532
