Add integration testing for equipment #89

Add some integration tests for devices (PV, battery, EV, etc.) so we can make sure things don't break as we do updates.

Create houses in different tools (BEopt, ResStock, different versions) for a base home, home with PV, home with battery, home with EV. Run annual test and 1 day test (different time resolutions, finer for 1 day).
Test without a schedule file
Test with NSRDB weather
Test with parquet outputs
Test with simple controller
Test with varying voltage
HP (single, 2 speed, variable speed), AC, MSHP, HPWH

Don't necessarily have to add all of these immediately, but the more we do the better.
