Roof/Attic errors with HPXML files from ResStock 3.1 #87

There are 2 known issues related to Roofs/Attics when running OCHRE with HPXML files generated from ResStock 3.1:

OCHRE does not include any flat garage roof options:

Exception: Cannot find material properties for Garage Roof with properties: {'Finish Type': 'asphalt or fiberglass shingles', 'Construction Type': 'Flat'}

OCHRE can't handle roofs directly connected to living space. This happens in buildings with cathedral ceilings, and possibly other cases.

OSError: Unable to parse multiple attic floor areas: [85.953892608, 85.953892608, 21.887956223999996, 21.887956223999996]

I'll work on fixes for these soon.
