AssertionError when OAT goes low with HP and no backup heater

For duct edge cases, I am getting this error: File "/ochre/Equipment/HVAC.py", line 833, in update_capacity
assert (np.diff(capacities) > 0).all()assert (np.diff(capacities) > 0).all() AssertionError for Duluth Results [case 3]. Also same error for [case 6] and [case 9]. These cases are with a HP and no backup heater. When using HP at very cold temp (-21C), this error occurs.
