Duplicative finance parameters and need for overriding some values

The recently added profast financial parameters look like they duplicate the regular finance parameters and should probably be removed. Also, the greenheart examples use overriding several parameters. The over riding should probably be done in the software, not by the user. See the comments from @jaredthomas68 in PR #296
