Bugged window at launch on VMs #297
Comments
Update: same behaviour on a virtualised Debian 64, both with MATE. Still, no problem at all on a Mint with MATE (this time not in a VM) |
Mm. Can this be related to virtualisation then? |
I just installed a fresh Debian 11 mate on KVM to check. Both AppImage and compiled binary apparently works well for me. I have the virtualization extension enabled in my computer, maybe it is helping? My laptop specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz |
I'm installing another distro (Garuda Linux on a VM) just to see if the problem is the virtualisation in general on my machine |
Just tried on a virtualised OpenSUSE 64 bit, same thing. I guess it's related to virtualisation in general, but I'm definitely not an expert of that |
can anyone confirm this issue on a windows vm? |
