LibreHardwareMonitor based software would cause Super IO sensor abnormal. #1311

My PC is old, Super IO is "Nuvoton NCT6776F"

The issues is, this will randomly cut or offset Temperature sensor reading,

the offset will cause -1'c or -60'c sometime CPU reading will became 10'c ,
however, there is subtropical and air cool, at least 40 ~ 50'c

This will happen when PSU reading get zero.
