URGENT : Lost Configuration of Browser

Hello,

I lost my Hard drive Data, which means my configuration of Browser.
I was in "Sync" with my Dropbox and i can still find the laverna folder there but the Files are .JSON and Encrypted.

Can you please help me to find a way to read the JSON files and restore my Notes ?
I tried to setup a new browser with laverna/Dropbox, but it showing me an empty
The Notes-Db folder is safe.

Please Help, this is an IMPORTING DATA
