Kunena profile menu overlapping Cassiopeia menu

Describe the bug
Cassiopiea topdown menu overlaps with Kunena Knav profile menu.
No other menu overlapping on other components.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Your profile'
2. Drill down the standard "dropdown" Cassiopeia menu

Expected behavior
Kunena profile menu should be hidden/behind Cassiopeia one.

Actual result
Kunena profile menu is overlapping Cassiopeia one.

Additional context
Removing this parameter:
class="knav-offcanvas offcanvas offcanvas-start"
from:
<div id="offcanvasKunena" data-bs-scroll="false" class="knav-offcanvas offcanvas offcanvas-start">
seems to temporarily solve the issue.
