修改web端口，还需要修改trojan 本身的config #824

根据wiki https://github.com/Jrohy/trojan/wiki/%E4%BF%AE%E6%94%B9web%E7%AB%AF%E5%8F%A3 修改后
trojan server 启动报错，提示无法连接 80 端口
排查后，发现 trojan/config.json 里，有连接web端口的配置
"remote_port": 80

需要修改为修改后的web 端口
