Thank you to be one of the few providing an unified font with large support (the others I could find being Code2000 ($), DejaVu (not supporting Thai script though), FiraGo, FreeFont, KlokanTech Noto and Unifont as fallback ; original Noto supporting a lot of script but not providing an unified file),

This is indeed an issue. Thank you for reporting it. My testing did no show this problem, but it does show up in BabelPad.
Problem is that I am currently working from a laptop on the road, and cannot run the Kurinto pipeline from this system. It will be some time before I have access to the pipeline and can re-generate the fonts. Please be patient ...

double diacritic seems to be broken for Thai script (and maybe all Brahmic/Indic scripts?), see below (captured in BabelPad on Windows10).
