Arte has clig flag active by default

I noticed that the Arte typeface uniquely has contextual ligatures active by default. Not a huge issue, but I find the 'st'/'ct'/etc. ligatures unusual and distracting and normally opt to disable them manually. I would suggest this be changed for the sake of consistency with the other fonts.
