Package Support for Scala 2.13 or 3+

Currently there is no support for scala 2.13+ or 3+

Is there an alternative library for connecting event hub streams to spark that can support scala 2.13+ or 3+?

Are there plans to releasing a version that supports scala 2.13+ or 3+ with this package?

This feature would allow us to utilize this library without dependency conflicts with other azure packages that use scala 2.13+ or 3+

Hi. Can someone from the Azure team comment on this issue? Spark has supported Scala 2.13 for almost 2 years at this point so I think it's a reasonable issue/feature request

apache/spark@3429202 Looks like Spark 4.0 is going to support Scala 2.13+
