Implement UPDATE Frame API

UPDATE Frame API has to be implemented.

Working:
For working of API'S refer to API Repository.

when user click on UPDATE() frame function, it will open a URL with frameid as parameter.

In sidenav, instead of upload button, there should be update button,this can be achieved by checking if url has no parameters then, UPLOAD button to be shown if it has parameter, then UPDATE button to be shown.
And when user click on Update , it will update that particular frame.
