Visually impaired student, cannot navigate inaccessible website, need human intervention

1. Full time MBA student
2. Visually Impaired
3. Trying to sign up for dev stu

Issues:

1. no option to upload an enrollment cert, unless I take a photo (I cannot). I tried,
2. I cannot reach anyone at github in an accessible capacity (need phone call ad minima)
   • Have tried, phone, HQ, email, and support ticket (need help)

I have been trying to set up the account for months, but no one will get back to me. What do I do to get a human?
