impossible to pass the verification... Too many errors, a pity !

Hi everyone,

impossible to validate my student account
french learner, i'm a remote learner and i asked the school to put it in my document (présentiel à distance means that i follow the course at home)...

I don't want to be bill for something i don't ask for. If i'm not a student, i want a free account as before the student pack, not force to be pro(there should be an action from me to stay pro and not an action to not being pro and so to pay for this)
