npm token documentation is wrong

I'm trying to create a publish/automation token. The docs (https://docs.npmjs.com/creating-and-viewing-access-tokens) have a step 4 that does not exist on the token generation flow on npm.

docs:

Nowhere during the creation token process do I get to choose a type. It asks for token name, description, expiration, ip-ranges, packages/scopes, organizations. Nowhere to select the type as documented.

i guess we're still using legacy tokens?
