onComplete function on Html constructor not triggers isForward correctly

Hello.
onComplete function on Html constructor not recognize !isForward.

I make a codepen to explain you better the problem

As you can see, i compare Tween with Html constructor.
On Tween everything works well.
In other case, on Html, !isForward on onComplete function not triggered
